Breaking the circle

Transversal Machines

A complete rethinking of how cameras and ancillary equipment can be supported and re-oriented in 3D space.

Applying Re-Vector's joint geometries to photography and cinematography, the DH-001 delivers continuous spherical motion, low mass and intuitive control — making framing, lighting and setup easier and more dynamic than ever.

  • The DH-001 employs two axial joints and one transversal joint arranged in a composite-spherical layout.
Unlike conventional 3-axis heads there are no handles to clash or stop rotation: each joint turns freely, continuously and independently.
The result is an organic style of camera movement — intuitive, fluid and precise once mastered.
Free all the axes, move them together, choose your angle, then twist the axials to set the frame — portrait, landscape or anywhere in between. Cinch the joints and shoot.
  • Industry-standard quick-release interface (Arca Swiss type or dual lock QR configurations)

  • 3/8-inch threaded socket with 3/8-to-1/4-inch adapter

  • Two axial joints + one transversal joint

  • Two quick-release-and-lock collars

  • One quick-release-and-lock camming clamp

Information ahead of release

  • To accelerate availability, the first production run of the Tripod Mount will be manufactured using high-grade polymer via FDM 3D printing. Each unit is fully functional, tested and field-ready, providing the same core performance and geometry as the future mass-produced version.

  • This small-batch approach allows us to bring the product to market sooner while maintaining the precision and integrity of the design. Minor surface variations are a natural result of the FDM process and reflect the hands-on character of early production.
